The news we've all been waiting for! Yes, it's a new solo show for one of the UK's brightest art talents, none other than the completely brilliant Sarah Maple.

Curated by the wonderful Beverley Knowles (who's been known to write for Spoonfed from time to time), It's a Girl! sees a shift of emphasis in Maple's oeuvre - away from religion and towards issues surrounding gender.

Maple has the knack of packing an instant visual punch, but one that also lingers long in the mind, poking and niggling at established assumptions. Her work is forceful, but also very funny.
