Ali Love + The Holloways + The Maccabees + Master Shortie + Kitty, Daisy and Lewis

Wednesday, 10 March

Proud Camden, Chalk Farm Road, Camden, NW1 8AH

Live Music: , Indie

How Much: £5.00 (Advance Tickets)
We're not anarchists or anything, but sometimes governments suck hard. First they take away the right to have a couple of cheeky tins on the Camden night bus, then they make it harder and harder for you to actually play music anywhere, and then finally they decide to take away 6Music, probably the only radio station actually worth listening to.

Which brings us on to another thing, who came up with this idea that the demographic for 6Music is people aged 35 - 60? Most people we know who listen to it are like 25-28, but just not that into Kano. Dear Mark Thompson, not everyone under 30 hangs around on street corners calling each other 'blud' whilst trying to hold on to a half-trained staffie, could you please sort out the crap that's on Radio 1 and 1Xtra while you're dealing with this? Cheers mate.

Anyway, as pissed off as the rest of us, Proud Galleries has decided to hold a bit of a ralley to drum up support for the campaign to save 6Music. Kitty, Daisy and Lewis and Master Shortie will be playing live, whilst The Holloways, The Maccabees, Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong and Ali Love will be spinning some tunes.

Tickets are only £5 and it should be pretty ace. So cancel that date and show your support, unless you want to listen to N Dubz on the radio for the rest of your life.
