Ever since 2010's quite wonderful Magnificent Maps exhibition at the British Library, London has been going crazy for all things map-related. Not that it's entirely a new thing - artists have been exploring ideas around mapping for years - it's just that suddenly curators seem to be holding exhibitions themed entirely around the idea.
This November TAG Fine Arts are putting on what looks like one of the more interesting of these shows. The Art of mapping combines well-known works by the likes of Grayson Perry, Simon Patterson and Stephen Walter alongside less established artists like the rapidly emerging Claire Brewster and others.
