We bloody love the Jago! And now that they're doing open-mic poetry and music nights every Saturday, well, we love 'em even more.
So head down there, have a drink, and listen to some local talent, of varying degrees of - um - talent. And if you drink lots, maybe you too will be declaiming some of your homespun verse.

Brilliant! Spoken word and music in a little bar-cum gallery that's intimate, but not too much of a squeeze. My last visit included a questionable performance from a couple of poncho clad guitarists, poetry about computer games and a surprisingly moving song from next door's bouncer.
