Medium sized home of the Chicken Shed Theatre Company, London’s most extraordinary collective. This 258 seater purpose built auditorium is a far cry from the back garden chicken shed where their first production was designed and staged in 1974.

A great auditorium and an unruly production company means you are just as likely to sit on the stage watching actors rehearsing and filling out feedback forms as to sit in the audience while a pantomime madam jumps around the aisles.

By the way, the Chicken Shed Theatre Company have staged over 100,000 productions since they started and nobody who wanted to be involved has ever been excluded. In this way they have changed the lives of thousands of South London children. Respect!
