Within the London bar scene, it seems that whatever stone you look under, you are confronted by weird and wonderful things in the most unlikely of places. Lost Society is a prime example – it seems like a 1920s garden party has landed right in the middle of Clapham.
Originally a two-storey barn dating back to the 16th century, with a quiet garden, the whole place has a sort of 'weekend in the country' meets 'night at the Moulin Rouge' thing, which is a lot of fun.
Weekdays are punctuated by heady cocktail nights, and with a mix of eclectic house nights and live percussion at weekends, the bar has definitely been turning a few heads recently.
