As all locals to the area know, there is more to the Latchmere road than simply the Wave Machine which the Maccabees so kindly reminded us of recently.

The answer lies above a fairly nondescript looking boozer called, as (unsurprisingly) so many place in this area are, The Latchmere. Up the dark staircase (dare you climb this uncharted mountain of culture?) and into the light, you find yourself in a fantastic little theatre called, quite originally, Theatre 503.

Live comedy, theatre and mastermind challenging quiz nights all feature here on a regular basis- if you're really lucky you might just hit a poetry reading.
