Seven acres of park, playground and petting zoo in the middle of the West End – Coram's Fields are a godsend, especially for frazzled parents looking to snap children out of their sugar rushes or prise them away from their console games.
The parks are well kept and picturesque, with good facilities including a cafe and some astroturf pitches. Most memorable though is the small petting zoo where soot-stained cockney urchins can gaze in amazement at such exotic beasts as sheep and geese. Cor blimey!
