Named in honour of it's founder Cecil Sharp House is the headquarters of the English Folk Dance and Song Society since the groups formation in 1932, and houses the club's substantial archives and library alongside a number of halls and a fully licensed bar.

Hosting a number of regular folk events, it is one of the world's première English folk venues and has been at he heart of English folk dance for many, many years.
