This gastropub combines the best of both worlds; excellent food and a good choice of wine combined with an unpretentious, relaxed atmosphere. It is frequented by locals, including several eccentric regulars, which acts as an antidote to the trendy crowd from Camden.
It is a comfortable place to spend the evening or the afternoon, with tattered leather sofas and original Victorian panelling, and barbeques in the beer garden on summer weekends.
