Sticking to the maxim quality over quantity, The Flower Pot has a refreshingly new approach to putting on bands in London. They'd rather put one band on and keep it free, than bombard punters with massive line-ups and charge 8 quid for it.
This has two advantages, the first is that any night of the week, if you stumble in here around 10 o'clock you'll be watching a pretty decent band rather than some guy called Rob and his Journey cover band, and the second is that it's normally absolutely free.
Add to that a large beer garden and all the cheap sambuca you can get your hands on and you've got one hell of a pub. The re-invention of Camden starts here.
