Underworld

174 Camden High Street, Camden, NW1 0NE
Tel: 020 7482 1932

A night at the Underworld is always an adventure. The passing traffic is varied and seems to share only a passion for cheap booze and loud music.

Despite its ageing war-proof interior the Underworld continues to draw in the gods of Metal, Indie, Hip-Hop and a bunch of scenes and sub scenes that encompass just about anything that can be coaxed forth from a guitar, a microphone or a laptop.

Regular clubs held at the venue include a retro 80s night and Silver, a rock and indie themed shindig. The crowd is often young and on Saturday nights a school disco vibe creeps in, but for those in search of a nostalgic thrash-out, that can be just what the doctor ordered.
