Spread across two floors (hence the name), at first glance this may seem like a fairly standard City bar, what with the influx of budding Gordon Gekko's every night at 5pm.
They have poker on Mondays and the food is tasty if slightly overpriced, but the friendly, attentive staff and table service make this a cut above of the standard bar around here.
