Head Chef and owner of The Underground Cookery School, Matt Kemp, previously worked in some of London's top restaurants such as The River Cafe, The Ivy and Pont De La Tour as well as studying under three star chef Michael Guerard in France.

In 2003, Matt realised that it was pointless people committing to a long course just to learn a few of the meals they always wanted to learn properly.

He created a completely unique concept, The Underground Cookery School, which runs informal and friendly cooking classes, speed dating cooking classes, hen nights and team building classes.
