After starting life in 2008 as Wall in a converted shop just off Highbury Fields, Tintype started to represent artists in 2009 and changed its name in order to reflect this.
In 2010 Tintype set up a gallery space on Redchurch Street and then in 2011 they moved to St Cross Street, just off the Clerkenwell Road.
Despite the peripatetic nature of the gallery, Tintype puts on some great shows and is definitely one to keep an eye on.
