Selhurst Park – Crystal Palace's home ground – was officially opened in 1924 by the Lord Mayor of London.
In the time since then it's hosted boxing, polo and cricket in the '40s, an England international match against Wales in 1926, two games in the 1948 Summer Olympics, and was for a period in the late '80s shared by Charlton Athletic.
Its current capacity is 26,309 and it is apparently the 31st largest stadium in England. Interested? I knew you would.
