No frills but very popular pub with a large beer garden (used for barbies in summer) and two sections, roughly characterised as 'old' and 'young'. Out the back there's a pool table and a jukebox packed with dance music, while the front room of the pub has a small stage for the weekly jazz nights and is generally quieter.

They only serve crisps and peanuts and have no fancy ale, but this place is packed with young and old alike, all getting on nicely, mainly because the olds don't have to listen to that dreadful boom-tit music. Young and old unite for the karaoke every Saturday night.
