Bar Music Hall is sort of like that bar from Cheers, apart from nobody knows your name and are all too pretentious to talk to you anyway.
But if you can overlook the fact that you're not cool, then Bar Music Hall is actually a pretty fun night out, where DJ’s rub shoulders with live music acts, and hardened East Enders avoid the attentions of loved-up city guys.
Their events schedule is infamous; Jodie Harsh's long-running party For3ign found its home here, and the DJs who play are all forerunners in East London's electro scene.
Oh, and they also have the funniest bouncer in the world. This guy will look you up and down and basically say that you suck. The hilarity.
