In 2007 Forster Gallery launched in an area that is by no means short of competition. Nevertheless, they have an interesting selections of artists on their books, so there's no reason success shouldn't be just around the corner.

The gallery's strength lies in its predilection for mid-career artists, and the quality of the exhibitions comprehensibly reflects the value of such a policy. There's always substantial weight behind the material exhibited - something that often feels like a rarity in this part of town. Experimental, conceptual and fresh, the Forster Gallery is one to watch.
