Mcqueen's is an awful bar. Only go here if you enjoy people being rude to you. I went there last night and the people on the door were the rudest I have ever come across. We got there before 9 but they still charged us to get in. When we questioned this they shouted at us and made us wait out in the rain while they discussed it with the guest list holder. We walked up to the door but they told us we had to go around the queuing system - even though there was nobody there!! Just ridiculous. The bar service was really slow even though there were loads of staff and it wasn't very busy. The toilets were a disgrace which surprised me for a bar of this 'calibre'. The music wasn't very good and there were more staff than customers which just ruined the atmosphere of the whole place. They also had some poor woman doing a rather dismal display with a hula hoop. It was all just a bit embarrassing as no one was watching her and she was just in the way!
