Offside is a glorified 'big-screen pub', with a twist: it is co-owned by one of the UK's leading sports photographers whose pictures adorn the walls. A great setting for a pint with a sports mad friend, but don't go there with a date who doesn't know about the beautiful game. Our reporter was accused by his ladyfriend of being 'on drugs' as his eyes pinwheeled from picture to picture, struggling to take it all in. A lovely spot for a pint, washed down with trivia, banter, and nostalgia.
