The Islington Tap is a quirky little pub off the main Islington drag.  The downstairs room is light, airy and open plan with a kitchen in the corner to deal with any burger orders that come off the diverse menu (babaganoush and apple and onion chutney are optional extras).

A sports friendly pub, the Tap has Sky Sports displayed on screens in the corner and for big international matches removes most of the chairs to make it a standing venue.  Upstairs is a cosy function room which can be hired out for parties and meetings. Every other Wednesday there is a comedy night held in there featuring top stand-up comedians on the circuit hosted by Charlie Duncan.
