Information about science tends to be displayed in one of two ways: either dusty old bits and bobs in stiff draws with hand-scribbled notes; or all-singing, all-dancing, flashing, buzzing, interactive computer consul things.
The Dana Centre within the Science Museum changes all this by making science fun, but for adults. It plays host to a bewildering array of different events: from experimental scientific dialogue to stand up comedians debunking science myths via updates on radical new research.
The Dana Centre manages the delicate act of making science lively and entertaining whilst at the same time remaining informative and intellectually challenging.
