Fantastic local boozer with a great atmosphere, and some brilliant live music. This place has been a popular haunt for musicians from Boy George to Bruce Dickinson for several decades by virtue of its location and lively punters.

The staff know their beer and their music and you can spend a quiet night in here playing billiards or a loud night in here getting smashed and dancing to a rock n roll band. There is an acoustic showcase night on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month and 4 or 5 bands every other night of the week fuelled by the cheap beer and entry fees.
