Live music, a great jukebox and a calendar rammed full of events from quizzes to comedy nights – these are the stock in trade of this excellent boozer and gig venue in Kilburn. The place has a great reputation thanks to some of the promoters they are working with and a gig here is more often than not packed and exciting.

Passionate about their music, The Good Ship have also put some thought into the details such as looking after their beer, keeping it cheap, and remembering to say hello to customers when they arrive. Although there are plenty of shoegazing indie kids among the staff, they offer a friendly welcome.

A cracking local boozer which just happens to be a gig destination, the Good Ship is a credit to Kilburn High Road.
