Down a dark cobbled alleyway, this stylish bar has slightly uncomfortable canteen chairs and rickety trestle tables, but the tapas and pizza are a cut above. The staff are young and friendly despite being kept busy by the crowds all night, and there's pumping music which gets drowned out every ten minutes or so, by a train thundering past. If you're in the gents it feels like the tracks are on the other side of a paper wall.

This place is a bit impersonal but draws a young crowd and the food is a lot better than the kebabs and stale scampi on offer elsewhere. If you have time to kill in King's Cross before a gig, head here.
