Perhaps not the most exciting of London's many areas of parkland, Silver Jubilee Park in Brent is a pleasant counterpoint to the tangled network of motorways nearby.

It's also got two standard sized football pitches and two for seven-a-side, so a good place to let off a bit of steam.
