As the name suggests, the Royal Air Force Museum is a museum dedicated to the history of the RAF, and aviation in general.

Situated on what used to be the Hendon Aerodrome, the RAF Museum is the perfect place for kids to pretend to be fighter pilots - there's over 100 aircraft on show, which - if you like planes - is frankly pretty darned brilliant.
