Mile End Stadium is an 8-lane track situated in Mile End Park behind the new leisure centre, off Rhodeswell Road (on the canal side of the park). Cost for casual use is £2.60. There are changing rooms and lockers (cost approx 20p.) If you become a member then the price to use the track is £1.50. As well as track facilities, there is an astro turf football pitch and a pitch for tennis, netball or five-a-side as well as an area for shot-put, javelin and discuss.

Indoor facilities include a swimming pool (main and teaching), and sports hall with table tennis table and badminton matches.
