Located in the leafy surrounds of Park Lane, The Grosvenor House Hotel has been frequented by royalty, dignitaries and celebrities, leading us to conclude that this venue is sure to be very expensive.

That being said, this "Grande Dame" of Park Lane offers a quintessentially British experience. With its imposing forecourt graced by the original Luytens wrought iron gates, striking hotel reception and an apparently beautiful library and reading room, this is a true London landmark. Mind you, we've never got past the receptionist.
