The Bird's Nest has been at the epicentre of the south east London live music scene for as long as anyone (well, almost anyone) can remember. It's a fairly regular boozer without the tunes, but the very nature of the place means the staff are more than experienced in dealing with students pogoing through the ceiling and heckling dodgy sets.

One of those places you pray the breweries don't attack at any point in the near future. London needs live music in pubs- good, bad or ugly, it's our heritage.
