The Tabernacle is the home of Carnival Village and has direct links with the Notting Hill Carnival. Dating back to 1887, Notting Hill’s Grade II-listed Tabernacle made its name as a live music venue in the 60s, with bands like of Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones and The Clash all playing there.
These days, the striking Romanesque façade looks as impressive as ever. The main auditorium holds 500 and is suited to live music, poetry, theatre and comedy. There is a dance studio, an art gallery, rehearsal rooms and a private meeting room - all of which are available to hire. A relaxed bar and kitchen, head chef Mark Richardson, serves top notch food. And their conservatory and large off street garden are beautiful places to dine.
A venue for all the creative arts and performance from around the world.
