All over London weird things go on in people's basements. Mr. St Moritz obviously decided that the missing ingredient in the grey soup that is London was a fondue restaurant and Swiss chalet themed bar. So he built it, and since the glorious moment of its conception it has kept a firm set of regulars.

The reality of the chalet itself is less Klosters and more shepherd's cottage, but it is a great venue with none of the pretentiousness that has slowly but surely destroyed much of the area's character. Live bands often play in an atmosphere of booze soaked craziness. Strange hats are all the rage. Brilliant fun, especially of the weekends.
