A good football pub serving decent beer with a smile no matter how crowded they get, the Green Man doesn’t have any real pizzazz but they get the basics spot on.

Sport on TV is very much a feature here and you’ll need to arrive early for a decent seat, but you can see the game wherever you are. Outside of football, the pub still has a decent following thanks to their ability to serve a pint of well kept beer, and their decision not to charge the earth for it.
