The Bussey Building, tucked away near Peckham Rye Rail Station off the main street, falls under the current trend of disused industrial spaces being appropriated by artist collectives in order to bring a little counter-cultural flavour to areas not exactly associated with such things.

The building is commercially owned and let out for various events: performances, workshops, parties, exhibitions. The CLF Art Cafe operates on two of the floors - they are working with Peckham Vision to get the building operating in more community orientated but also commercially led uses.
