The Martial Arts Place (TMAP) concentrates on a combination of western and eastern martial arts including kick boxing, karate and boxing. Mo-Gei-Do classes teach self-defence skills and improve the fitness levels of their students.
Skipping the boring circuit training and intimidating gym machines, TMAP members can reach a high level of fitness in a fun and social manner unlike their gym counterparts.
Offering basic, intensive and focused kick boxing classes as well as sparring sessions on the weekends, it's recommended you attend two classes a week to achieve your goals.
