Lazarides is a small Soho gallery situated on the site of a former dealer in sadomasochistic bits and bobs - the lower-ground floor still retains the neon sign saying 'the dungeon'. But today it exhibits a broad range of contemporary works by artists like Jamie Hewlett, Paul Insect, Conor Harrington, Kelsey Brookes, and good old Banksy.

The aim is to show high-quality and interesting artists that haven't (yet) been appropriated by the art establishment. There is a slight emphasis on graphics and graffiti, but most media are covered: they even represent two accomplished taxidermists.
