Madam Jojo’s in Soho is one of London’s best loved night-clubs, with a truly progressive attitude to DJ’s, live music and generally having a good time. The stylish interior is as you’d expect for a Soho club, and even a vodka and soda comes with a little doilie to make you feel like a true prince.
The stage is really high, making it easy to see what’s going on and a balcony runs around the dance floor meaning the shorter of us can enjoy the music without having to crane your necks over a sea of shoulders. The consistently excellent White Heat runs a night every Tuesday which puts on the best of the best of UK’s prog, metal, hardcore and noise scenes, whilst other nights cover hip-hop, electro and dance, making sure you're in for a good night.

This was the first club I ever went to in London, and it set a pretty high standard. Breaking out of the cheesy Top 40 dance mode of a lot of the Soho tourist jaunts, Madame Jojo's is quirky, intimate and music-wise covers everything from electro to indie.
