Plush cocktail lounge cum DJ bar Red is the new kid on the Kingly bloc, tucked away behind Carnaby Street and offering an alluring combination of well made cocktails in the upstairs lounge with cut above house and urban flavas in their basement.
Good music, great booze and a properly diverse crowd of soho media types and chic party animals. It's a winning recipe.
The only problem with Red is that it sits bang next door to Two Floors, a much better version of the same thing with a bumping hip hop music policy, friendly staff and proper laid back vibes. Two Floors are more relaxed, mix better drinks, and attract a crowd who really love the place. They also sell beer at pub prices. Much better.
