Huge, versatile exhibition space on the South Bank which has housed exhibitions as diverse as a recent Saatchi collection and a huge Star Wars memorabilia event.

The Hall sits on top of the Aquarium which is more reliably brilliant, and also boasts two restaurants – a café terrace overlooking the river and the high class Japanese Ozu.

A magnificent building rightfully put to public use but watch out for eye watering admission charges, and three quid muffins.
