However, we're letting the artists behind this particular warehouse arty party space off the hook, for one very good reason; they'd rather be permanent. The only reason this gallery, rave location and cafe has to be considered temporary is because it is threatened at any moment with the Olympic wrecking ball.

In the meantime, expect very good coffee, excellent art and theatre, and some wicked parties and gigs.
