Glamour is the name of the game at Pacha London in Victoria, which opened in the early noughties on a mission to spread the style and glitz of Ibiza into our previously grimy capital. The beautiful interior and a genial crowd have helped ensure the club remains a firm London favourite, and a calendar date for all the touring megastars of the DJ circuit.

On the right night, this place is packed to the rafters with beautiful in the know clubbers rocking out to the freshest dance cuts likely to be exported around the globe in double quick time. Many of the regular spots are less exciting, offering bog standard funky house, sleazy men and no razzle dazzle unless you count a bare chested sax player warbling over identikit no brainer beats.

Pick your night carefully and really go for it. Ideally you should arrive with flight cases ready for the Gatwick Express to Monte Carlo the next morning, sunglasses wedged firmly in your hair and about 50 bucks reserved for drinks. Expect gorgeous guys and girls, party music and an atmosphere of heady hedonism which will send you off into the morning with a jet setter's smile.
