A great novelty night out beckons at this floating pub if you’ve got the sea legs for drinking and dancing as the Thames bobs you up and down. The Tatty Castle is in need of a good lick of paint and a clean, but is so busy you can see why they don’t want to shut down for a month.

There’s comedy nights early in the week and a below-decks disco, but the real charm of this place is at sunset. You can’t beat the views from the Thames- it's positively romantic.
