Now situated in the cultural-crown-contender that is Shoreditch's Tea Building, the Rocket Gallery is a great spot for post modern design and minimal aesthetics.
The gallery features shows of a variety of different works: from new paintings and photographs to the occasional retrospective of 60s and 70s era artists, and mid-century furniture design from the likes of Poul Kjaerholm, Jens Risom, and Finn Juhl.
It's not the place to find the next Turner Prize winner, nor a line up of 20th century household names, but this by no means detracts from the quality of the gallery, which can be praised for excelling with an interesting theme.
