An electricity substation converted into a bar would be  something unusual anywhere else, but it's not the kind of thing to raise any eyebrows on Shoreditch High Street.

That said, it's nicely done, and people queue to drink here every weekend, especially on Fridays when City workers invariably get sucked in on their way home.


On Fridays and Saturdays, DJs and and late opening add the final shine in an area spoilt for choice.
