A great east London pub to have a pint in after a hard day in the city, or alternatively at the weekend, as a brief respite from market shopping.

Located on a narrow lane off Shoreditch High Street, it is a huge space with a separate pool room, table football and downstairs function room (which also plays host to comedy every other Thursday). It's best feature is the smokers haven out the back - an enormous garden with heaters, tables and sofas, plus an outdoor BBQ in the summer. It also has Sky TV on big screens for sports fans and hearty pub tucker like fish and chips, burgers and a big roast on Sundays. A real hidden gem of a pub.
