The London Gay scene is comprehensive enough to provide for the wide spectrum of colourful gay visitors and residents of the capital. With huge events such as London Gay Pride drawing in a crowd of one million, it's safe to say that this city throws its arms open to the LGBT community. The city has a selection of all that's gay (if that's your thing) from gay bars, gay clubs, gay hotels, it's gay all the way!

Popular areas such as Soho proudly place themselves on the gay map with bars such as G-A-Y bar, Comptons and Village , to name a few. The gay institution that is Heaven - now in its 30th year - is busy all week through. The darker side of clubbing takes over in Vauxhall with all-night clubs such as Fire taking you from Friday through to Monday. East London hosts its own long-established gay nights, Ghetto and Trash Palace, amongst a myriad of diverse and open-minded events and venues for those a little less keen on the all-consuming gay scene.
