I went on 20th Feb 2010 to learn to make Padh Thai. I had never eaten it before and I was thoroughly impressed with our chef. She was fantastic and taught us to make a traditional Padh Thai and her own delicious recipe. The classes are small and all have a turn at cooking. A great and rewarding experience!
