Sample the very best the capital has to offer, for free!

TasterLab

Anyone who reads Spoonfed will know how many amazing things London has to offer every day of the week. So much so that sometimes it can be hard to decide what to do, especially if you're as indecisive as we are. Which is why we've teamed up with TasterLab to offer one lucky reader a veritable feast of activities.

The prize (worth in the region of £200) is a whopping ten taster classes: a parkour class, a singing lesson, an indoor golf lesson, a hatha yoga class, a tango lesson, a drawing class, a poi class, a guitar lesson, a tai chi class and a beginner’s scuba diving lesson.

The aim of TasterLab is to make it easy and fun for people to try different activities and discover new things - everything from Spanish lessons to pole dance fitness - and now, with what we don't mind describing as a pretty stonking competition, it's even easier.
