4. The prize does not include travel or accommodation and winners will be responsible for arranging this if necessary as well as any other costs associated with the Prize.

5. Your information will not be passed onto any third parties that are not connected to Electric Brixton, Spectrum or Spoonfed.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, incomplete or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

7. All lost, damaged or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt.

8. The Promoter will not be liable if a Prize cannot be taken by a winner for any reason.

10. Competition closes on Friday 28 October 2011. Winners will be notified on Saturday 29 October 2011. Tickets valid for 5 November 2011.
